UK Fulfilment is part of the Meads Ltd Group who has been trading in the storage and distribution market for nearly 30 years. We operate from a 45,000 sq ft site in Nottingham, just 10 minutes from the M1 so we are ideally located for all major distribution networks.

We offer safe and secure storage facilities, pick & pack operations and a one-scan despatch operation that produces the correct transit documentation for your parcels with just one barcode scan.

Orders can be received from online stores, marketplaces such as Amazon, EBay, Pixmania and Play and also by the more traditional routes of mail and phone.

Our efficient operation and intelligent software allows quick release of orders from any channel into our warehouse which means faster turnaround times for your orders and allows for same day despatch to you customers.

Our services can offer cost savings to our clients. All our fixed costs and overheads are spread over all of our clients, which means lower costs for you. Our buying power means we get exceptional rates for packaging, postage and distribution which we pass on to our clients. All this saving means more margin for you and lower costs for your clients.

There is a perception that using a 3rd party fulfilment company to handle order processing means you lose control of your business. Nothing could be further from the truth. At UK Fulfilment, every client has 24/7 access to our cloud based software which shows live stock information, live order updates, live parcel tracking as well as intelligent reporting and detailed statistical data. You can even set re-order levels so when your stock reaches minimum levels, you get an email. How much more in control would you like to be?

Nice Touches

No self branding - All of the documentation that travels with your orders will be branded with your logo and we will never show the UK Fulfilment name or branding. Our boxes do not splash our logo on them at every opportunity and you can add whatever marketing material you want to your order or consignment notes. At no stage will your customer know that a 3rd party company has processed their order.
