UK Fulfilment is partners with some of the biggest and most trusted names in the distribution sector.
We can offer every service in the UK from 2-5 day delivery, to Pre 9am next day distribution and if you have selected one of our tracked services
our system interacts with our carriers’ software to draw tracking and POD information direct to your order screen, so you can keep an eye on its
progress from your own desk.
If your parcel is destined for overseas, no problem. We can utilise a number of International Standard and Express courier services to offer
worldwide delivery of between 1-5 days depending on location.
For larger orders then our pallet distribution options are a great value solution. Pallets can travel next day throughout the UK and internationally
with great turnaround times. And when it simply has to be there today, we can also offer a great, cost effective same day delivery option.
Hassle Free Returns
Returns in any retail industry are inevitable, you can’t avoid them. With Distance Selling Regulations you have to offer a cool off period for
online sales. With this in mind UK Fulfilment have developed a simple returns system.
We offer 2 levels of service. We can provide you with a PO Box for all returns to come to where the customer is liable for the cost of the return
or we can provide you with a Freepost address where customers can return their orders free of charge.
However the customer returns their products to UK Fulfilment, we will inspect each return for you. Re-usable stock will be returned to the pick
bins and marked as returned on the system so you can process your refund. Damaged stock will be quarantined and will await your instructions for
return or destruction.
