That is why we developed MeadsConnect in conjunction with our parent company. MeadsConnect allows you complete access via the web to live, up to the minute order and stock information, all from your own PC.
- Order Control
MeadsConnect allows you to view individual orders and see their status, be that within the UK Fulfilment processes or within the parcel carriers system after it has left us. So if an order has yet to be picked, you will see that. If it is on a van out for delivery today, you will see that as well.
So there is no need to call us to check on your orders, you have full control and all the information you could need live at your desk. - Stock Control
MeadsConnect makes keeping an eye on your stock levels easy. No more monthly reports, no more out of stocks, just live accurate information about all of your products. UK Fulfilment understands that out of stocks are bad for retail, your prices may be competitive, but if your product is Out of Stock, an online customer will simply click on your competitors’ website. So, we monitor your stock and calculate your usage hourly. We take information about re-order times from your supply chain information and calculate when your stock remaining time falls below your re-order time. The instant this happens we fire off an email you telling you to order more stock, thus giving you sufficient time to get your new batch into us without ever going out of stock. How’s that for control?
Keep your customers informed
Throughout an orders progress through the UK Fulfilment system we have the ability to keep your customers informed. A verification email when we receive the order and a shipping notification email when the order is dispatched can be sent to your customer direct. These emails are fully customisable so it looks like it came from you.
