The only decision you need to make when selecting your shipping option is whether or not you require tracking and POD information. All other decisions are made by our software which will select the most cost effective method of distribution for your order depending on its weight and destination. It really is that simple.
But of course, our system is flexible, so if you want all of your orders to travel by one specific carrier regardless of weight and destination, we can do this for you as well.
Because of the bulk we send out, we can offer highly discounted prices on most of our services. Indeed if you look at a 1kg parcel to a UK address on a 24 hour service our price is over 63% less than the price quoted by the carrier online for the same service. When you look at it like that, the saving you could make on distribution prices alone could cover the cost of your whole fulfillment operation at UK Fulfilment.
If you have selected one of our tracked services our system interacts with our carriers’ software to draw tracking and POD information direct to your order screen, so you can keep an eye on its progress from your own desk.

Hassle Free Returns
Returns in any retail industry are inevitable, you can’t avoid them. With this in mind UK Fulfilment have developed a simple returns system.
All of our packages leave us with a consignment note. This note is customisable to your company specifications. Included on this is an address for returning the goods if they are damaged or incorrect.
We offer 2 levels of service. We can simply print your address details on the note and all returns are sent direct to your address where you inspect and ship any re-usable items back to UK Fulfilment in your next delivery. Or, for a small fee, our PO Box will be printed on the note, again, no mention of our name, and UK Fulfilment will inspect each return for you. Re-usable stock will be returned to the pick bins and added to inventory and damaged stock will be returned to you on a weekly basis.
