You will typically be invoiced at the end of the month in arrears. Although this is subject to status.
Please note that our standard invoice terms are 45 days from date of invoice.
However, we reserve the right to may ask for an upfront payment and/or shorter invoice and payment periods at the start of contract.
UK Fulfilment does not insure the stock while on our premises against theft or damage. This is damage or theft due to a break in, not due to company employees or actions. Our staff are all long term staff, we have no problems at all with theft by employees. Any stock that is damaged by one of our employees etc will be covered. The insurance statement simply refers to theft or damage due to a break in or fire etc. If you do require insurance to cover fire and theft by a third party, we can get a monthly price for this to add to our insurance.
Transit Insurance:
Goods are insured for Standard Cover whilst in transit as detailed in your quote.
These insurances cover cost price of goods only. Goods traveling via Royal Mail services are not insured for loss or damage.
This is a straight froward one. This is in transit to the end customer, so after it has been collected by the carrier from our premises and before it is delivered to the end customer.
Each courier has it own levels of insurance as part of the price we pay for shipping the consignment.
In all circumstances they will only accept claims for the cost price of goods, not the retail price.
