If you do require insurance to cover fire and theft by a third party, we can get a monthly price for this to add to our insurance.

Transit Insurance:

Goods are insured for Standard Cover whilst in transit as detailed in your quote. These insurances cover cost price of goods only. Goods traveling via Royal Mail services are not insured for loss or damage.

This is a straight froward one. This is in transit to the end customer, so after it has been collected by the carrier from our premises and before it is delivered to the end customer.

Each courier has it own levels of insurance as part of the price we pay for shipping the consignment.

In all circumstances they will only accept claims for the cost price of goods, not the retail price.
